What was your biggest challenge prior to using the services?
Finding employees! It’s a competitive market out there with everyone touting they are the best. I have spent a lot of time and money advertising in every place I know how to advertise for new stylists with no luck. Finding people to work for our salon has always been a source of frustration.
How did that challenge make you feel?
Desperate and unattainable at times, more or less frustrating and upsetting. My attitude changed after I received my first referral.
Can you share YOUR results from using the service?
I have hired and am thrilled with two referrals from this service. I have more faith in using Susan’s service than any other means of obtaining new employees.
What would you say to somebody on the fence about using the service?
I would say try using this service, there’s no reason I can think of not to. It cost me nothing to have people who already knew about us walk through the door and was far more effective than anything I had tried before to get stylists in my salon.
What else would you share about our service?
I’m excited to see this service grow, and anticipate it will be very popular as time goes on and the awareness is present. We are planning on using Susan’s secret shopper that shopped us originally to evaluate our staff and how they are doing personally.
That was an eye opening experience and gave me much to consider. Also am considering the consulting services when that is up and running.
All in all, I am glad I investigated using Susan, and think her concept and method is original and very needed in this industry.
