How do I find candidates? We do the work for you. We prequalify potential hires based on the type of candidate you are looking for.

Does the listing expire? No, you can keep your job listing up however long you like. Keep your listing current and fresh by editing it in your member portal or remove it when you no longer need it.

How many listings can I post? As many as you like! You are free to post any available job openings under unlimited categories.

How much does a referral cost? If you hire the candidate we send to you, you pay a referral fee of $200, otherwise you pay nothing.

How much is the membership? Your membership to Salonspa Connection is FREE and entitles you to access to our directory of Consultants and Educators. With your membership, we can also connect you with our Secret Shoppers.

Who is the Referral Program for? Our referral program is ideal for busy owners who:

90 day listing:

$50 per listing

How does the job post work? Your listing is public. Anyone can see and connect with you through your listing. Interested job candidates submit a form through our website, which is delivered to you without revealing your email address.

Can I make changes to my listing? Yes. You may edit or change your listing any time within the 90-day listing period.

How many listings does this include? Your $50 listing is good for one category and one opening at a time. You may change or edit the listing and category as your openings get filled up or change.

How often do you update the job board? We are committed to maintaining an up-to-date, current job board. Listings always stay current and fresh.

Who is this program for? The 90-Day Listing Program is ideal for owners who have:

  • Less than two locations

  • One or two positions to fill

  • Wish to personally handle the process of communicating, prequalifying, interviewing and hiring

1 Year Featured Listing:

$600 per listing

How does the one-year featured listing work? Your listing is public. Anyone can see and connect with you through your listing. Interested job candidates submit a form through our website, which is delivered to you without revealing your email address.

How many listings are included? Your one-year featured listing may be used for a position in multiple locations or for an open position that you want to list in multiple categories.

How can I use my listing? Your listings can serve as an advertisement for potential clientele or to fill as many open positions in any category you have.

What is the benefit of having a featured listing? Your listing gets priority, appearing at the top of the page in the categories that you’ve selected to list for one year.

Who is the featured listing program for? Our 1-Year Featured Listing is ideal for owners who have:

  • New businesses with many open positions

  • Multiple locations with ongoing employment needs

  • The desire to gain exposure quickly with their target audience
